Kalispell, MT 59901 *Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* · Care for every customer request (via phone call, email, and walk-in) to exceed their expectation · Be the first responder to incoming phone calls · Create sales orders in timely fashion to meet and/or exceed the delivery time frame · Assist in maintaining the GP% with target · Double check orders that are picked and create Invoices as according to delivery schedule · Work with Admin in checking open sales orders daily to ensure correct ship date is adhered to · Support Sales Team with costs, quoting, and product information as required · Update Sales Reports Weekly or as required Update customer price levels online and in QuickBooks as the prices change Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.
