I have an extra bedroom with adjacent bathroom available for rent in a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home.
Single and female preferred.
Shared with a respectful widower looking for companionship.
Must have 4 wheel drive, no pets, no smoking, and must be approved by landlord through an application and $30 fee when meeting landlord.
Quiet and secluded location, 10 minutes from Kalispell, shared kitchen and possibly more space shared in the future.
Starlink internet and power would be split in half.
Rent $550 per month with $600 deposit.
I enjoy quiet evenings cooking and watching TV or movies, also enjoy hiking and exploring outdoors.
Would love to have someone to enjoy these things with as well.
