Very clean house in nice Buffalo Stage / River View Estates backing 55 acres (not mine) and river.
Convenient to shopping and recreational activities.
Looking for at least a 3 month lease if not 6 months or more - open to monthly.
Room is about 12' x 12', big window to the East mountain range off front porch, and there is a 1/2 bath on main floor and full bath upstairs (storage, dual sinks, bath, shower, etc).
The full bath (upstairs) is shared and we keep the house VERY clean.
The house itself is 3,200 sq ft, 5 bedrooms and there are other tenants that are professionals and retired military.
Very clean and quiet, safe neighborhood, walking distance to Lowerance and Mission Park and others plus Edgerton Elementary.
Nice front porch and back patio with lighting and pergola, BBQ, Smoker, garden, etc.
Dog and cat friendly, however we cannot accept anymore pets at this time.
