Hello! I am looking to rent two rooms out in my 3 bedroom house.
I am looking for renters in their mid twenties to mid thirties to fill 2 vacant rooms starting around May 1st.
I work in the medical field in Missoula and am in the flathead every third weekend with my husband in the third room.
So there will only be one other person full time in the house! If a couple wants to rent both rooms for $1650 that is fine, otherwise it is $850 for the larger room and $800 for the smaller one.
We ski, mountain bike, raft, and like to play outside.
The house is new construction from 2018.
The house is a three bedroom (+ office) two bathroom, with a breakfast nook, mountain views, a lot of natural light, 31 minutes from apgar village (west glacier) and 26 minutes from the base of big mountain (the house is behind the blue moon dance hall).
It has one acre of fenced yard, doggy doors, a two car garage, fire pit, and shed.
There is a forested creek/river in the back of the yard and there are underground sprinklers.
The house and kitchen are furnished, but you are welcome to furnish your room or use the available dressers if you choose to.
The room available is very big and also has a fairly large closet.
You will share a bathroom with one other roommate, but can also use the master bathroom at any time.
A one time $150 non-refundable pet fee is required for a pet, but no increase in monthly rent.
WiFi ($35), electric ($70-150/mo), and trash ($30/3months) are not included in rent and will be split by 2 ways (calculated split here).
water is included.
The room has white walls and is not the one in photos.
One well behaved dog or cat is allowed.
