Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rental Fleet Clerk to oversee our fleet operations.
The Rental Fleet Clerk will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities related to the maintenance, logistics, and utilization of our rental fleet.
This role requires strong organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure the efficient operation of our rental business.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: Job duties for the Rental Clerk include but are not limited to: Fleet Management: Supervise all aspects of the rental fleet, including acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of vehicles/equipment.
Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and optimize fleet utilization to meet customer demand while minimizing costs.
Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the fleet remains in optimal condition, coordinating with our Subaru service department.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that all rental vehicles meet safety and performance standards before being dispatched to customers.
Customer Service: Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive rental experience for all customers.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements governing the operation of rental fleets.
Qualifications
Qualifications: - Proven experience in fleet management, preferably in the rental industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
