Budget Rental Car, located at Glacier Park International Airport, is seeking Customer Service Representatives to be part of a fun and dynamic atmosphere that welcomes customers from all over the world to experience the beauty and amenities that our area has to offer.
We offer a base wage plus a commission plan with generous payouts based on sales performance.
We provide sales training to enhance your customer service skills and commission potential.

*Primary Tasks:*
* Greet Customers in a courteous and professional manner.
* Communicate with customers to identify their needs.
* Offer upgrades and additional products based on customer needs.
* Complete the rental check-out and check-in process.
* Assist customers with other needs such as vehicle exchanges and reservations.
* Car Prep: Includes preparing vehicles for rental by cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles, washing, vacuuming, removing trash, filling gas tanks, and checking fluid levels.
*What we offer:*
* Part-time, full-time, and seasonal employment.
* $15 to $17 per hour base pay plus a $2 per hour summer incentive for hours worked from June 1st - Sep.
30th.
* Monthly commission typically ranges between $500 to $3,000 during the summer months.
Top performers are consistently earning over $3,000 per month in commission during the summer months.
* Top performers are earning $30+ per hour in the summer months including base hourly wage, commission, and $2 per hour summer incentive.
