One of the most awarded and respected dispensaries in Montana is looking for a department head to manage retail and front house operations.
We have two retail locations, the primary being in Missoula.
A monthly trip to the Kalispell location is required, so a dependable vehicle is a must.
The retail manager oversees day to day operations (staffing, scheduling, etc) , works with the packaging department manager to ensure stocking levels and quality control standards are maintained, deals with front house compliance, licensing renewals, and works with the management team to accomplish broader, project based goals.
The retail manager also works on projects within our support network on occasion ( ex - working with the designer to get new product designs done).
