2023 Gibson 1942 Banner Southern Jumbo Murphy Lab - $6,000 (Whitefish)

Are you dreading spending Christmas dinner sitting on a two-person couch squashed between your Great Uncle Dilbert and Aunt Helen who still pinches your cheeks even though you’re 35? Get sent to the doghouse early this year by impulse buying a $6000 guitar.
While you wait for your new best friend to arrive you can hang out by yourself and watch all the football you want! What are they going to do, stay mad at you forever? One strum from this guitar and all will be forgiven I’m mostly sure of it.
This particular guitar is part of Gibson’s new acoustic Murphy Lab line.
It is unequivocally the best guitar I’ve ever played.
I’ve owned a Martin D28 authentic and a Pre War Guitar Company IHD and this beats both of those out, albeit by a very slight margin.
It’s a 2023 but feels and sounds like a vintage guitar.
When you strum a chord it does that vibration thing in your chest that makes you forget why you needed to buy groceries.
This one is outfitted with the new LR Baggs HiFi pickup so it’s ready to hit the stage which will come in handy because you probably won’t be allowed home for a couple of days.
This setup would cost you $7000 plus taxes and pickup installation fees were you to buy it yourself.
You almost can’t afford not to buy it.
If you’d like to get sent to the doghouse so you can watch football in peace but would prefer to not spend so much money I’m also selling the following that should get the job done.
