This is a year-round position.

Internal Applicants, Per your CBA, you have five business days to apply as an internal applicant for an open union position.
Job Responsibilities:
Loads and unloads the Mail Service van.
Makes daily deliveries to school sites and district facilities.
This includes interoffice mail, printing, equipment, and freight.
Maintains mail van and keeps it clean and presentable at all times.
Performs shipping and receiving duties including handling incoming and outgoing packages, tracking inventory, maintaining accurate records, inspecting goods received for damages, and distribution to other departments.
Adheres to District safety and discipline requirements.
Interacts with students, parents, and staff in a positive manner.
Provides custodial support throughout the district as needed, including all aspects of cleaning.
Removes snow from designated areas, including sidewalks, entryways, and roofs as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Ability to maintain student confidentiality.
Ability to maintain a clean driving and accident record.
Ability to maintain regular and acceptable attendance levels.

Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet, communicate and monitor for a high standard of safety regulations.
Ability to obtain and maintain first aid certification upon employment.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School graduate or equivalent; AND,
Valid Montana driver’s license upon employment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand on feet for extended periods of time, stoop, bend, lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
