What will be your daily pursuit?:
Your daily pursuit is providing top-notch cuisine to keep our guests and staff energized for their Glacier adventures.
What will you do in this job?:
Schedule creation and management
Train and invest in culinary team’s learning and growth
Assist with ordering, inventory, scheduling, etc
Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of kitchen stations
Maintain state and federal food safety standards
Preparation of staff lunches for guides, downtown staff, and drivers
Prepare various salads in bulk that can be used on full day trips
Prepare and pack deli lunches for full day fishing trips
Monitor upcoming trip schedule to ensure food is prepped and ready
Assist as needed with set up of rooms for special events, meetings, conferences, and banquets
Offers assistance to guests and teammates where needed
Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties
What skills and experience do you need for this job?:
Previous culinary management experience preferred
Valid driver’s license
Work-ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key.
Be willing and able to work solo or as part of a team
Be committed to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standards
Be organized with a great eye for detail
Be kind to others and always bring your best
