If your looking for a work truck with some bells and whistle's but something you can still use for work and not worry about dinging it up a bit this is the truck for you.
2014 Ram 2500 Laramie longhorn, have had the truck for about 4 years and bought it off an auction to fix up.
Previous owner had rolled the truck so there is still dents and dings in the cab and few others around the truck.
Truck had motor locked up when I got it so got another engine out of a 2014 3500 with 21000 less miles so the engine has just over 100,000 on it.
Engine has reman turbo and is deleted with RaceMe ultra tuner as shortly after getting it running the DPF filter plugged up.
Truck runs and drives great and have had zero issues with it other than a intermittent turbo code that comes up after truck is warmed up and is sitting idling.
Have tried recalibrating it but still seems to come back, doesn't affect truck as is still pulls and drives great.
I do still have the old motor that I would sell for another $1,000, I'm certain that
it is just hydro locked but have never had the time to pull it apart and check.
All fluids in truck have been changed, replaced diff oil with ams oil last winter as well as changed transfer case oil and transmission fluid and filter.
Flushed cooling system last winter and just changed engine oil within 1,000 miles.
Headache rack, fuel tank, and toolbox do not come with truck but will sell with for another $1,000 as well as factory gooseneck ball that I would sell for $100.
Hate to get rid of the truck as it's been good to me but I have to many trucks as it is and I need to get rid of a couple.
