The house is located on a rise above the Big Arm Resort, so it has wonderful views of Flathead Lake, the Rocky Mountains and other forested hills surrounding our village.
This is a quiet enclave with a small number of homes, nice people, and large tracts of undeveloped land.
The apartment is in my remodeled manufactured home, which I have been updating since 2020.
The walls, ceilings and floors have nice paint treatments, vinyl flooring, lots of rugs, art and other amenities to lend a comfortable and homey feel.
As an artist and painter, color is my forte.
My own apartment is also in the building, where I live with my dog, Bella.
Utilities are included.
The local dump is 10 miles away.
Apple TV and firestick includes Amazon Prime and Gaia Network.
One month security to hold the space.

The rental enters into a full kitchen with dining area, a nice big fridge and convection Maytag oven range, lots of storage, with bright northern and southern exposures with views.
The full bath is off to one side, while the living room/sleeping area is on the other.
Both are set up comfortably with furnishings and numerous amenities.
If you need something, you can let me know and chances are I might have it in storage.
I used to have a restaurant so have lots of dishes and kitchen stuff.
I have been running an Airbnb for a number of years, but have converted the space into a longer term rental.
I prefer to rent it furnished, but with some help could possibly clear some stuff.
I don't drink or smoke.
I meditate and would enjoy someone quiet and mature.
No drama please.
The yard needs some work, so if you like gardening, spring will be here before we know it.
