One bedroom with king, one with 2 twins.

Primarily wood stove heated.
Driveway snow removal and electric up to $300 included.
Electric over $300 split between this unit and the second.
Internet cost also split.
Wood paid for by renters (approx $180/cord) but sourcing and delivery handled by owners.
